Auvicom provides audiovisual service and support within the European institutions in Brussels, in collaboration with partner Telmaco (Greece). The assignment covers day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and on‑site assistance for audiovisual infrastructures across a broad set of institutional buildings.

Scope and complexity
The service currently spans more than 100 European institutions in Brussels and covers over 1,300 meeting rooms, ranging from small collaboration spaces to high‑capacity rooms with interpretation booths. These environments require consistently high reliability, availability, and technical quality.
A dedicated team of 20 specialized AV technicians is permanently present on site to support meetings, conferences, and institutional activities. This on‑site presence enables fast response to technical requests, configuration changes, and unforeseen situations.
