Auvicom and the Voka Sustainable Entrepreneurship Charter (VCDO)

Auvicom goes green

We participate in the Voka Sustainable Entrepreneurship Charter

At Auvicom, we take sustainability seriously. That’s why we are proud to participate in the Voka Sustainable Entrepreneurship Charter (VCDO). This initiative helps us strategically embed sustainable practices within our organization and contribute to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our Commitments within the VCDO

As a participant in the Voka Sustainable Entrepreneurship Charter (VCDO), we commit to:

  • Integrating sustainability into our corporate policy.
  • Formulating concrete goals and actions aligned with the SDGs.
  • Reporting results to an evaluation committee.
  • Communicating externally about our implemented actions and achieved progress.

    What are the SDGs?

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are seventeen objectives established by the United Nations. They aim to address global challenges such as poverty, climate change, and inequality.

    Strategic Anchoring of Sustainability

Sustainable entrepreneurship is more than an obligation; it is a strategic choice. At Auvicom, we are currently working on 13 action points to:

    • Develop a clear vision of sustainability.
    • Improve our internal and external communication about sustainability ambitions.
    • Strengthen knowledge management and training programs.
    • Conduct a stakeholder analysis to determine priorities.

What does the VCDO program entail?

Participation in the VCDO means achieving a positive evaluation each year for at least 10 actions from our action plan, distributed across at least 4 of the 5 following pillars:

      People

Care for individuals within and outside the organization.

      Planet

      Respect for the environment.

      Prosperity

Economic growth in a responsible manner.

      Partnership

      Collaboration with stakeholders.

      Peace

Working towards an inclusive and just society.

      Our Action Points

We are actively working towards a more sustainable future with 13 concrete action points. These initiatives align with the core principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), divided into four pillars: Planet, Peace, Prosperity, and People.
