As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind offering innovative audiovisual installations to corporate clients. From the initial contact to the quotation stage, you play a proactive role throughout the entire process. You meticulously analyze the request, actively communicate with the requester, and subsequently prepare a detailed quotation. You present and explain this quotation to the potential customer.
Once the quotation is approved, your team takes over the order, and you become the one responsible for making all the necessary preparations for the installation. This includes creating a realistic schedule and providing comprehensive briefings to our technicians. You also remain accountable for thorough follow-up on the installation, ensuring smooth progress and customer satisfaction with the end result.
